Dispatch & Logistics Executive

As a Logistics Coordinator at our company, your role will involve monitoring driver logs, maintaining records, addressing issues, and coordinating with the Head Office to ensure a smooth dispatch process with timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Arrange timely logistics of materials to customers in adherence to guidelines - Manage lorry bookings, check pending orders, and monitor material tonnage - Organize materials in the dispatch area according to job requirements - Continuously communicate with transporters to ensure truck availability - Follow loading checklist procedures during dispatch - Prepare invoices and necessary legal documents for dispatch, including Delivery Challan, Duty Paid DC, Stock Transfer DC, Site Transfer DC, Gate Pass, Checklist, and Waybill - Recall Material Consignment Receipts (MCR) to check for short-received items - Record inward and outward material entries in the system - Conduct daily physical counts of movement stock - Maintain daily materials stock in Excel sheets - Plan for finished goods stock - Supervise workers for labeling, packing, and loading and unloading tasks - Support team members and promote, monitor, and maintain a safe work area - Ensure housekeeping in the allocated area and train new employees on safety and housekeeping practices - Participate in improvement activities initiated by management to maintain a positive work environment - Respond promptly to accidents and emergencies Skills & Competencies Required: Technical Skills: - Profound process knowledge - Understanding of health and safety regulations - Proficiency in MS Office - Ability to provide training to support staff Behavioral Skills: - Effective time management - Conflict resolution abilities - Strong teamwork and coordination skills - Negotiation and planning skills Academic & Professional Qualifications: - Graduate Experience Required: - Minimum of 4 years in the manufacturing industry Industry: - Manufacturing Industry Join us in this role to utilize your logistics expertise and contribute to our manufacturing operations effectively.,
