Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch & Logistics Executive located in Mumbai. The Dispatch & Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing the daily operations of order dispatch and logistics. This includes coordinating shipments, overseeing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Additionally, the role involves liaising with vendors, managing supply chain logistics, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The candidate will also be expected to support sales efforts by ensuring efficient logistics coordination and assisting in solving any logistical issues that may arise. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills Sales skills, Good with MS Excel and Inventory Systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Experience in logistics or supply chain industries is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
