Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Club Manager to oversee end-to-end operations, commercial performance, and community engagement at our arena. The role requires strong operational expertise, customer focus, and commercial acumen to ensure smooth facility management, drive revenue, and foster a vibrant padel & pickleball community.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of courts, clubhouse, café, pro shop, and common areas
• Maintain court quality standards and coordinate preventive maintenance
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets across bookings, memberships, coaching, tournaments, merchandise, and café sales
• Drive customer experience, handle feedback, and build inclusive club culture
• Lead coaching programs, tournaments, and structured training initiatives
• Recruit, train, and manage staff across functions
• Execute marketing initiatives and build partnerships with corporates, schools, and sponsors
• Provide regular reports on bookings, revenue, membership growth, and events

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Sports Management, Business, or Hospitality
• 3–6 years of experience managing sports clubs, gyms, or hospitality venues
• Exposure to racket sports (Padel, Tennis, Squash, Pickleball) preferred
• Strong commercial and people management skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service orientation
• Passion for sport and community building

KPIs / Success Metrics

• Court utilization (Peak ≥ 90%, Off-peak ≥ 60%)
• Achievement of monthly revenue targets
• Membership conversion and renewal rates
• Coaching program occupancy ≥ 80%
• Minimum tournaments/events executed per month
• NPS/Google rating ≥ 4.5
• Complaint resolution within 24–48 hours
• Staff attrition below target
