Director - Sales

As a dynamic sales leader at Simplotel, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, managing the P&L, and overseeing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to customer acquisition. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and build long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives. - Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify expansion opportunities. - Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performance sales team. - Exceed revenue targets through effective sales plans and strategies. - Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, offering tailored solutions. - Monitor sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a unified sales approach. - Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses. - Build and maintain relationships with key hotels, represent the company at industry events. Qualifications Required: - 10-12 years of sales experience, preferably in consultative sales. - Graduate degree in Engineering; MBA is a plus. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel. - Proven experience in designing and implementing new processes. - Prior leadership and team management experience. - Willingness to travel extensively, including international travel. - Network in the hotel industry and familiarity with e-commerce is advantageous.
