Our innovative solution optimizes the processing of inquiries across multiple channels and combines AI-powered responses with verification by in-house opticians to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the market entry, adoption, and scaling for premium ophthalmology clinics in the United States. This role will focus on creating impactful marketing campaigns, leveraging digital channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to position VisioGen as a market leader in ophthalmology solutions. Over time, the role will expand to support global marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with diverse market needs while maintaining a start-up mindset within a large enterprise framework.
Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to position VisioGen as a leader in AI-driven patient interaction solutions for ophthalmology clinics.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive positioning, and emerging trends.
- Define and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring alignment with sales and product teams.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize ROI.
Digital Marketing and Campaign Management**
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to create compelling content, such as blogs, case studies, videos, and webinars, that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage online advertising campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and budget optimization.
- Leverage analytics tools to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Brand Management and Communications
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and sales tools and secure ZEISS brand compliance.
- Represent VisioGen at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the brand and build relationships.
Customer Insights and NPS Analysis
- Conduct Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys to measure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze NPS data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Gather and analyze customer insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Provide insights to the product team to guide feature development and positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the commercial team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and support lead nurturing.
- Partner with the product team to ensure marketing strategies align with product roadmaps and customer needs.
- Collaborate with global and local marketing teams across ZEISS group to adapt strategies for diverse markets and cultural contexts.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns in the healthcare, medtech, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Zoho and social media management tools.
- Experience in brand management and positioning in competitive markets.
- Experience conducting and analyzing NPS surveys is highly desirable.
