at scale.As the custodian of the brand, you will be responsible for shaping brand strategy, driving D2C growth, and delivering a consistent brand experience across channels. This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and works closely with cross-functional leaders across product, digital, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead end-to-end brand strategy, ensuring consistency in positioning, messaging, and creative execution.
- Drive D2C brand growth through innovative and data-driven marketing strategies across digital, performance, content, and CRM channels.
- Own the brand's identity and narrative, translating business objectives into compelling marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, tech) and external partners (creative agencies, media agencies) to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Plan and oversee 360° brand campaigns across digital, print, on-ground activations, influencer, and social media platforms.
- Leverage consumer insights, behavioral data, and market trends to refine positioning and drive engagement.
- Ensure effective budget planning and ROI-driven media spends across paid, earned, and owned channels.
- Act as a brand evangelist, ensuring alignment across customer touchpoints and internal teams.
- Monitor brand health metrics and present performance reviews to senior leadership.
Required Experience & Skills
- 15+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, preferably in consumer-focused industries such as FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or D2C brands.
- Proven track record of working with reputed multinational companies (MNCs) with high brand equity.
- Extensive experience in building and scaling D2C brands, with deep understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor high-performing teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Expertise in managing agencies, creative development, and integrated campaign execution.
- Data-savvy with a sharp eye for analytics, performance marketing metrics, and brand health tracking.
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent preferred.
