Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Direct Sales Manager with a strong background in field sales. If you have a passion for sales, client growth, and hitting targets we want to hear from you! Roles & Responsibilities: Negotiate deals and close sales Stay updated on market trends and competitors Build and maintain strong client relationships Improve sales approaches and strategies regularly Discover new business opportunities through calls, leads, and networking Work with the technical team to prepare proposals and presentations Present company products and services to potential customers Achieve monthly sales targets Candidate Criteria: Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales or distribution sales Graduation is mandatory At least 3 years of residency is required.
