Job Description

Location: Delhi NCR

Function: Technology & Operations


Role Summary


You’re the owner of all internal systems. Your job is to make every team faster, more accurate, and more accountable by deploying smart tech, fixing broken processes, and integrating data across the business. If a workflow is slow, manual, or inconsistent, you’re expected to automate it, rebuild it, or kill it.


Key Responsibilities

1. Core Systems Ownership


  1. Lead end-to-end management of ERP (Dynamics Business Central), WMS, Retail tools, and all internal operational systems.
  2. Drive enhancements, integrations, automations, and cross-team adoption.
  3. Ensure system configurations, roles, and workflows match business realities, not the other way around.


2. Automation & Workflow Optimization


  1. Build and deploy PowerApps / Power Automate workflows to eliminate manual tasks across finance, supply chain, retail, and ecommerce ops.
  2. Identify broken processes and redesign them using technology.
  3. Standardize data flow between systems so people stop working off Excel dumps.


3. Integration & Middleware Management


  1. Architect and manage integrations using middleware / iPaaS platforms (Zapier, Make, Boomi, or custom APIs).
  2. Build reliable syncs across ERP, WMS, ecommerce channels, logistics platforms, CRM, BI dashboards, etc.
  3. Own data accuracy and SLAs for all system-to-system communication.


4. Data Infrastructure


  1. Ensure the company’s data is structured, hosted, and governed properly.
  2. Manage cloud environments (Azure, AWS) for databases, micro-apps, and internal tools.
  3. Create secure data pipelines for analytics, reporting, automation, and cross-system visibility.


5. Cross-Functional Impact


  1. Work closely with finance, supply chain, ecommerce, retail, HR, and marketing to translate operational pain points into digital solutions.
  2. Train users, enforce adoption, and ensure systems are actually used the right way.
  3. Build dashboards and real-time monitoring for ops, inventory, and system performance.


6. Project Execution


  1. Run digital transformation projects with clear milestones, timelines, and accountability.
  2. Manage external vendors, integrators, and SaaS partners with a zero-nonsense approach.
  3. Ensure every tech implementation delivers measurable efficiency gains.


Skills & Experience Required


  1. 5–8 years of experience in digital transformation / tech ops / product / ERP-focused roles.
  2. Deep understanding of ERP, WMS, retail POS, logistics platforms, and ecommerce operations.
  3. Strong grip on PowerApps / Power Automate, APIs, middleware, and workflow automation.
  4. Working knowledge of Azure / AWS, cloud hosting, databases, and integration models.
  5. Strong analytical ability, must be able to map entire business processes and convert them into automated workflows.
  6. Experience working in fast-moving consumer brands or ecommerce-heavy businesses preferred.

  1. Zero patience for inefficiency or sloppy workflows.
  2. Strong ownership, doesn’t wait for instructions, fixes problems proactively.
  3. Comfortable pushing teams to change how they work.
  4. Ability to operate across tech, ops, and business teams without hand-holding.
