Role Overview We are seeking a tech-savvy and process-oriented professional to support and drive ERP implementation alongside digital transformation initiatives. This role bridges core operations, IT systems, and innovation within our energy, infrastructure, and manufacturing verticals. Key Responsibilities ERP Implementation Assist in rollout and customization of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics) across departments. Collaborate with business users and IT teams to map processes and define requirements. Support data migration, testing (UAT), user training, and post-go-live stabilization. Monitor system adoption and optimize modules such as Finance, SCM, Projects, and HR. Digital Transformation Deploy automation tools, dashboards, and IoT-based solutions to improve efficiency. Lead digitization projects across supply chain, maintenance, and field operations. Coordinate rollout of cloud, mobile, and analytics platforms with internal and vendor teams. Identify digital pain points in project execution or manufacturing workflows and propose smart, scalable solutions.
