Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role will involve managing various digital channels, analyzing campaign performance, Designing daily content and optimizing tactics to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing, executing and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and tracking performance.
  • Create compelling content: social media posts, blogs, newsletters, visuals or graphics (using tools like Canva or similar).
  • Design and co-create marketing assets (social media posts, banners, flyers) in coordination with the design function or as needed.
  • Support the planning, execution and tracking of marketing campaigns; gather and report basic analytics (engagement, reach, etc.).
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, ensure all marketing material aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Work with internal teams to coordinate campaign assets and timelines.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, content best practices, and competitor activity.
  • Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager or lead.
  • Allocate and manage digital advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media management, content creation or a related role.
  • Practical experience with social media platforms and posting/engagement strategies.
  • Basic design skills – able to create or assist in creating post designs, banners, flyers (experience with Canva, Adobe Spark or similar is a plus).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft engaging copy for social media and other channels.
  • Strong organisational and time‐management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset, proactive attitude, willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Basic analytics awareness: comfortable working with social metrics (reach, engagement) and making suggestions for improvement.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred (but not mandatory if practical experience is present).
  • Familiarity with brand-guidelines and consistent tone of voice across channels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
