Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling ERP, CRM, and SaaS solutions, coupled with exceptional communication skills. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our ERP, CRM, and SaaS offerings. Negotiation & Closing: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new opportunities and challenges. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and campaigns. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management. Required Qualifications: Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in ERP, CRM, and SaaS products. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, and the ability to understand and explain technical products to non-technical audiences. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and a strong understanding of sales processes and techniques. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with specific ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP, or Salesforce. Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and customization of SaaS solutions.
