About the Role

Digital Marketer / Performance Marketer

  • Studio Rental Bookings

  • Content Production Campaigns

  • Influencer Marketing Campaigns

Key Responsibilities

System Setup & Optimization

  • Build the

    digital marketing infrastructure

    from the ground up (ad accounts, analytics, pixels, conversion tracking, custom events).
  • Design and implement

    end-to-end marketing funnels

    for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Develop

    CRM and automation workflows

    to reduce manual tasks and streamline processes.
  • Integrate marketing tools (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Zapier, HubSpot/Zoho, etc.) for seamless campaign execution.

Campaign Management & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on

    Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Ads

    .
  • Run

    A/B tests

    to optimize creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns deliver a high

    ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

    .
  • Scale winning campaigns for

    Studio rentals, Content Production, and Influencer Marketing verticals

    .

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze KPIs across campaigns to make

    data-backed decisions

    .
  • Create detailed weekly and monthly

    performance reports

    (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion rates).
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership on scaling campaigns and reducing acquisition costs.

Automation & Growth Systems

  • Set up

    email, WhatsApp, and retargeting automation sequences

    .
  • Build and optimize

    lead scoring systems

    to prioritize high-quality leads.
  • Integrate marketing with

    sales pipelines

    to ensure end-to-end tracking of revenue impact.
  • Continuously research and implement

    new growth hacking strategies

    .

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience (3–6 years) in

    performance marketing

    or

    digital marketing strategy

    .
  • Hands-on expertise in

    Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    CRM systems, automation tools, and marketing tech stack

    .
  • Ability to

    set up campaigns from scratch

    – from pixel installation to lead conversion tracking.
  • Experience in

    creative ad copywriting

    and collaborating with design and video teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in

    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting tools

    .
  • Excellent knowledge of

    A/B testing methodologies

    and

    growth marketing funnels

    .
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to

    work independently

    and

    take ownership

    of outcomes.
