Key Responsibilities: · Counsel students and parents on courses and career options. · Convert leads into admissions. · Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries. · Achieve monthly admission targets. · Follow up with prospects and maintain student records. · Participate in events, seminars, and promotional activities as needed. Requirements: · Female candidates only (Maximum age: 40 years). · 2–5 years of experience in sales or counselling (preferably in the education/training sector). · Strong sales ability with excellent communication skills. · Smart appearance and target-driven mindset. · Work from office only — No work from home option. · Language proficiency: Tamil & English (Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage). · Basic computer skills.
