Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Expert will drive the development, execution, and optimization of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, lead generation, and conversions. This role requires a mix of creative and analytical thinking, as well as technical proficiency in handling Zoho CRM, managing large budgets, and leveraging data to inform marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and Video).
- Monitor and manage a monthly marketing budget of up to 15 lakh, ensuring effective allocation for maximum ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad performance.
- Analyse ad performance and make adjustments based on campaign results and KPIs.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Perform comprehensive SEO audits, keyword research, and on-page optimization to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Track, measure, and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Continuously improve organic search results and drive sustainable traffic.
Social Media Marketing (SMM):
- Create and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and optimize social media ad campaigns for performance and ROI.
- Track social media performance metrics, including engagement, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
Performance Marketing:
- Drive performance marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Manage and optimize campaigns across all digital channels to ensure measurable results.
- Work with analytics tools to track and optimize campaigns, ensuring high-quality leads and conversions.
YouTube Marketing:
- Manage YouTube advertising campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Optimize video content and ad targeting strategies to increase viewership and interaction.
- Track YouTube campaign performance and provide regular insights and improvements.
Lead Generation:
- Design and execute lead generation strategies through digital marketing channels.
- Optimize landing pages, forms, and CTAs to capture leads effectively.
- Ensure that generated leads are seamlessly captured and processed within Zoho CRM for follow-up and nurturing.
Zoho CRM Expertise:
- Utilize Zoho CRM to manage and track leads, sales pipelines, and customer journeys.
- Set up and optimize Zoho Forms for lead capture and ensure seamless integration with marketing campaigns.
- Create, automate, and optimize workflows in Zoho CRM to ensure efficient lead nurturing and assignment.
- Customize Zoho CRM modules to align with marketing and sales objectives.
- Ensure effective lead assignment and tracking through Zoho CRM to maximize conversion rates.
Budget Management:
- Oversee the allocation of the marketing budget (up to 15 lakh per month) across various digital channels (Google Ads, SMM, SEO, etc.).
- Continuously assess performance, optimize spending, and ensure that the budget is used efficiently to maximize return on investment.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use data analytics and performance tracking tools to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Provide actionable insights based on data to continuously improve marketing efforts.
- Present monthly reports to senior management detailing campaign performance, key metrics, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience of 5+ Years in digital marketing, particularly in Google Ads, SEO, SMM, Performance Marketing, YouTube Marketing, and Lead Generation.
- Strong understanding of Zoho CRM, including Forms, Workflows, Modules, and Lead Assignment processes.
- Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets of up to 15 lakh per month.
- Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and social media platforms for advertising and engagement.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Facebook Ads Manager, and YouTube Analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and ability to drive innovation in marketing campaigns.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Google Ads and Analytics certification (preferred).
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-budget digital marketing environment.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and email marketing.
