Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, running paid advertising campaigns, and executing marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong marketing skills, good analytical ability, and a passion for digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram)
• Create engaging content, captions, and schedules for social media posts
• Plan, set up, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads)
• Monitor ad performance, track ROI, and prepare performance reports
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Manage website updates, SEO basics, and landing pages (preferred)
• Analyze data to improve campaign performance and overall digital presence

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of social media marketing
• Experience running paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google
• Good understanding of marketing principles and audience targeting
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing
• Creative thinking with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing
