DhanXpert helps experts grow their clientele and gives users easy access to trusted advisors—all in one app. Role Overview: We’re looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketer who can take full ownership of app install campaigns, user acquisition, and ROAS optimization. The ideal candidate is someone who knows what works, why it works, and is ready to execute, and scale fast . 🔥 Bonus if you're the type who treats every dashboard refresh like an IPL scorecard, thrives under pressure, and has the hustle mindset to own outcomes like a founder. You believe results matter more than titles, and you’re always on your toes— chasing performance, not just running campaigns. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: 📱 Paid Campaign Execution & Optimization Plan, execute, and optimize app install campaigns across Google UAC, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads Define audience segments, write compelling ad copies, and manage creative strategies Continuously track performance metrics: CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, Retention Implementation of SEO & ASO will be a PLUS 💰 Budget Ownership & ROAS Management Take full ownership of digital marketing budgets Optimize spends for maximum return on ad spend (ROAS) Monitor campaign efficiency with real-time dashboards and weekly performance reviews 📊 Analytics, Tools & Attribution Work with tools like Firebase, Appsflyer, Adjust for tracking and attribution Analyze user behavior post-install and optimize for funnel drop-offs Implement event-based retargeting and conversion strategies 🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to launch high-converting creatives Run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, audience targeting, and landing pages Ensure marketing strategy aligns with product updates and campaign goals 📈 Reporting & Strategic Input Prepare and present actionable insights and performance reports to leadership Contribute ideas to refine user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies Be a proactive growth thinker, always looking for optimization opportunities 🧠 Ideal Candidate Profile: 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing , preferably in mobile app-based B2C businesses Proven ability to manage Google UAC, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads Strong hands-on experience with Firebase, Appsflyer, or Adjust Knowledge of user acquisition funnels, Seminars, webinars, in-app events, attribution, and ROAS Has the mindset of a doer , not just a delegator—you're strategic and execution-focused will be ✨ Nice-to-Haves: Experience in fintech, edtech , or other high-performance growth apps Working knowledge of ASO, SEO , and landing page conversion optimization Creative eye for performance-driven ad design and messaging 🚀 What You’ll Get: An opportunity to own the digital growth engine of a rising fintech platform Freedom to test, experiment, and scale what works Fast-paced, transparent, and founder-driven culture Hands-on exposure to the intersection of tech, finance, and marketing Real impact, real ownership—and the satisfaction of seeing your numbers grow 🚀📊 📢 Why Join DhanXpert?
