We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who thrives in a dynamic, startup environment and is ready to lead 360° digital campaigns across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Plan, create, and execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns (Organic + Paid) across:

  – Meta (Facebook, Instagram)

  – Google Ads & YouTube

  – WhatsApp Marketing

  – SEO & Website Blogs

🔹 Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop high-impact creatives, reels, one-pagers, and campaigns.

🔹 Analyze performance metrics and social media trends to optimize strategy.

🔹 Lead content research and ideation for social-first content using AI tools and trend analysis.

🔹 Own campaign execution from end to end – planning, designing, publishing, monitoring, and reporting.

🔹 Proactively identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and platform updates.

🔹 Coordinate with in-house teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing content, ads, and lead-generation campaigns.

🔹 Demonstrate ownership, take initiative, and show leadership in handling urgent or crisis situations on digital platforms.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (agency/startup experience preferred)

✅ Strong understanding of SEO, Meta & Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and basic graphic design

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✅ Passion for content creation, trend spotting, and campaign ideation

✅ Ability to use AI tools for copywriting, designing, and campaign execution

✅ Self-driven, creative thinker who thrives under minimal supervision

✅ Proficiency in using tools like Canva, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and WhatsApp automation tools

✅ Crisis handling & problem-solving mindset
