Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Executive who’s not only skilled in core digital marketing practices but also has hands-on experience with AI tools that can enhance marketing performance. You’ll play a key role in content creation, video and YouTube marketing, SEO, website and LinkedIn blog strategy, and basic lead generation activities.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels like YouTube, social media, website, and email.
• Create engaging and SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs (LinkedIn and others), and YouTube descriptions. ·
• Create a promising SEO Onpage and Offpage drive for better conversion organically.
• Do drive an excellent Social media campaign with regular updates on improving the brand awareness and value.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop short-form video content for YouTube and social media.
• Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Canva, Jasper, etc.) to boost content creation, SEO research, and campaign efficiency.
• Optimize existing website pages and blogs for better visibility on search engines.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, and others.
• Assist in generating leads through content campaigns, landing pages, and basic CRM processes.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Proficiency in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics and WordPress or similar CMS platforms. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of schema markup and structured data.
• Plan, create, and post engaging content across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Manage and optimize company profiles for maximum reach and engagement.
• Monitor trends, engage with the audience, and run targeted campaigns. Track and report on social media metrics.

Who You Are:

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of YouTube marketing strategies and video optimization.
• Skilled at writing content for websites, blogs, and social media (especially LinkedIn).
• Familiar with SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools to streamline content and marketing tasks. Basic knowledge of lead generation funnels and conversion tactics.
• A team player with strong communication skills and a creative mindset.
