Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies across multiple online platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, and social media management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting overall business growth for our web design and development services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings, traffic, and lead conversions.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence — plan monthly calendars, create engaging posts, and increase brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure creative and consistent branding across all platforms.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation flows for client engagement and lead nurturing.
  • Track and analyze website and campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
  • Generate periodic performance reports highlighting key KPIs, ROI, and insights for management review.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and keyword tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of WordPress or website management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or Meta Ads.
  • Experience in IT services, software development, or digital agency environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Zoho Campaigns.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Increase in qualified leads and conversion rate.
  • Growth in organic traffic and keyword rankings.
  • ROI on paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Engagement and follower growth across social media platforms.
  • Improvement in overall brand visibility and online presence.
