Role Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our brand into the next phase of digital evolution. In this role, you will go beyond traditional execution, using AI-augmented strategies to automate workflows, personalize customer journeys at scale, and optimize for the era of AI-driven search. You will be responsible for the full funnel—from high-impact creative direction to deep-funnel data attribution.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Driven Strategy & Execution

* Prompt Engineering & Automation: Use Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) to rapidly prototype ad copy, visual assets, and social content.

* AI Search Optimization: Beyond traditional SEO, optimize our digital footprint for AI Overviews (SGE) and conversational search engines (Perplexity, Gemini).

2. Performance Marketing & Paid Media

* Multi-Channel Management: Execute and scale high-ROI campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

* Predictive Bidding: Leverage machine-learning bidding strategies to maximize budget efficiency and lower CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).

3. Content & Social Experience

* Short-Form Video: Lead the strategy for "attention-first" content (Reels/Shorts) to build community and organic reach.

* Brand Voice Integration: Ensure all automated and human-generated content maintains a consistent brand persona.

4. Data Intelligence & Privacy

* First-Party Data Strategy: Navigate the cookie less future by building robust email/SMS lists and utilizing Zero-Party data.

* Attribution Modeling: Move beyond "last-click" models to understand the true impact of cross-channel touchpoints.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing with a proven track record of managing budgets of 10k to 50k per month.

* AI Literacy: Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools (e.g., Jasper, AdCreative.ai, or custom GPTs).

* Technical Stack: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce), and GTM (Google Tag Manager).

* Agility: Ability to pivot strategies based on real-time data and emerging platform trends.

Bonus Points

* Experience with Tally for data collection and reporting.

* Basic knowledge of Python or SQL for data analysis.

* Creative design skills for high-fidelity performance ads.
