Job Description

Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally Prime. • Record and reconcile sales, purchase, receipts, and payments entries. • Prepare and maintain ledgers, journals, and trial balance. • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances in Tally Prime. • Generate financial reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, Debtors/Creditors outstanding). • Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash/bank balances. • Ensure timely vendor and customer account reconciliation. • Assist in inventory management and stock reconciliation if applicable. • Support audit requirements by preparing necessary data and reports. • Maintain confidentiality of financial data and ensure data accuracy. Key Skills Required • Strong knowledge of Accounting principles & practices. • Hands-on experience in Tally Prime (mandatory). • Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory filings. • Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office tools. • Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. Qualifications • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA-Inter or equivalent qualification. • 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience. • Prior experience with Tally Prime is a must.
