Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role, a knack for building relationships, and a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment. This is a field-based role that requires you to actively go out, meet clients, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition: Identify and research potential clients and new market opportunities to expand our customer base. Field Visits: Proactively go on field visits to meet with prospective clients, conduct product/service presentations, and understand their business needs. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and the primary point of contact. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Lead Generation: Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must. Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Mobility: Ready and willing to travel extensively within the designated territory to meet with clients. Self-Motivation: A high degree of self-motivation, discipline, and a results-oriented approach. Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
