Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

🔸 Performance Marketing
  • Own end-to-end management of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta campaigns across all Accordible verticals.
  • Build high-intent keyword clusters (e.g., air duct cleaning Mumbai, HVAC AMC service Delhi) and continuously optimize for CTR, CPL, ROAS.
  • Track funnel metrics from

    impressions → clicks → form fills → SQL → client conversion

  • Set up and manage tracking via

    Google Tag Manager, GA4, UTMs

    , and dashboards for daily reporting.
  • Experiment with retargeting, look-alike audiences, and lead nurturing automation.


🔸 Organic Growth & SEO
  • Own

    on-page & off-page SEO

    for Accordible.com and microsites keyword strategy, content optimization, backlink building.
  • Manage

    LinkedIn organic growth

    optimize company page, build content calendar, and grow decision-maker reach.
  • Lead

    content strategy

    blogs, case studies, infographics, white papers optimised for industry search intent.
  • Collaborate with design & video teams to produce share-worthy, authoritative content for B2B audiences.


🔸 Email Marketing & Automation
  • Plan and execute

    email drip campaigns

    targeting decision-makers (Facility Managers, Admin Heads, Directors of Engineering).
  • Create high-converting

    nurture journeys

    for leads from Google Ads, LinkedIn, and website forms.
  • Manage segmented lists for verticals (Hotels, Hospitals, Malls, Pharma, etc.) using CRM or Airtable automations.
  • A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and templates to maximize

    open rates and click-throughs

  • Use automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, or Airtable automations) to schedule campaigns and track conversions.
  • Craft

    monthly newsletters

    highlighting projects, case studies, certifications, and safety insights to build brand authority.


🔸 Analytics & Conversion
  • Build performance dashboards to monitor CPL, lead quality, ROI, and source effectiveness.
  • Conduct

    A/B testing

    for ads, landing pages, CTAs, and email campaigns.
  • Use heat maps and analytics tools to improve conversion rates and user experience.


🔸 Collaboration
  • Work closely with the

    Sales & Ops teams

    to align campaign messaging with live projects and client segments.
  • Coordinate with the CEO for monthly strategy reviews and ROI targets.
  • Manage freelancers / agencies where needed for SEO or ad execution.


Required Skills & Tools

  • Platforms:

    Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tag Manager, Search Console.
  • Tools:

    SEMrush / Ahrefs, Canva / Figma, ChatGPT / Gemini for content, HubSpot / Airtable / CRM tracking.


  • Skills:

  • Deep understanding of B2B performance marketing and SEO.
  • Strong analytical mindset comfortable with data, dashboards & KPIs.
  • Creative storytelling with ability to simplify technical concepts.
  • Expertise in lead nurturing funnels, automation, and email marketing.


Preferred Background

  • 4–7 years’ experience in digital marketing / growth / performance roles (B2B preferred).
  • Experience in Facility Management, Engineering Services, Real Estate or Industrial sectors is a big plus.
  • Proven track record of generating high-quality leads through ads and organic channels.
  • Strong portfolio of campaign results and content achievements.
