Job Summary: Wollybee ™ is looking for a Senior E-commerce Growth Specialist to lead our presence and drive sustainable growth on Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in e-commerce platforms and a strong drive for results. 1. Strategic Planning & Oversight: Design and own the comprehensive Amazon and Flipkart strategy to maximize organic visibility, sales volume, and profitability for Wollybee's educational games. Develop a long-term roadmap for sustainable marketplace growth, aligning with Wollybee's brand vision and educational mission. Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions.  2. Marketplace SEO & Listing Optimization: Lead the full implementation of technical and on-page SEO requirements for all Amazon and Flipkart product listings. Perform advanced keyword research specific to marketplace algorithms (e.g., Amazon A10, Flipkart's ranking factors) to ensure optimal indexing and discoverability. Develop and optimize compelling product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms for maximum relevance and conversion. Guide the team towards eligibility and effective utilization of Premium A+ Content. 3. Paid Advertising (PPC) Strategy & Optimization: Develop and manage high-performance Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) and Flipkart Ads campaigns. Formulate strategies for Meta Ads to drive high-quality external traffic directly to Amazon and Flipkart listings, leveraging Amazon Attribution for tracking. Implement aggressive yet efficient bidding strategies, particularly for brand keywords, to protect market share and ensure top ad placements. Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize ad campaigns for key metrics such as ACoS, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate to ensure profitability and sustained growth. 4. Brand Building & Engagement: Develop strategies for building and maintaining a strong Amazon Brand Store and Flipkart Storefront to enhance brand presence and customer loyalty. Oversee ethical customer review and rating management strategies to build social proof and trust. 5. Data Analysis & Performance Reporting: Establish and maintain a robust analytics framework to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across organic and paid channels (traffic, conversion rates, sales volume, profitability, organic ranking). Provide regular, insightful reports and actionable recommendations to Wollybee's leadership team, driving continuous improvement. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically managing and optimizing Amazon and/or Flipkart seller accounts, with a proven track record of driving significant organic and paid sales growth. Deep, demonstrable expertise in Amazon's A10 algorithm and Flipkart's ranking factors. Extensive experience with Amazon Seller Central (or Vendor Central) and Flipkart Seller Hub, including A+ Content Manager, Brand Registry, and advertising consoles. Proven ability to develop and execute profitable PPC campaigns on Amazon/Flipkart and Meta. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions. A strong understanding of SEO principles as they apply to e-commerce marketplaces. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with children's brands or educational products.
