📌 Job Summary:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategic digital growth initiatives from our Kochi office. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise tech/B2B marketing, digital campaign management, and team leadership, and will work closely with CXO stakeholders.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Design and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Team Management: Lead a multidisciplinary team — graphic designers, content writers, performance marketers, etc.
Partner Ecosystem Engagement: Manage campaigns and collaborations with technology partners and vendors.
Enterprise Product Marketing: Drive marketing for B2B/enterprise products including messaging, positioning, and sales enablement.
Digital Campaigns & Branding: Oversee SEO, SEM, paid media, email, and social marketing campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics and present insights to the leadership team.
✅ Required Skills & Experience:
6–10 years of experience in digital marketing, especially within the technology/SaaS industry
Experience managing partner/joint marketing campaigns
Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement experience
Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, and analytics platforms
Excellent communication and leadership skills
🌟 Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in global campaigns or international markets
Background in startups or scale-ups
Event/webinar planning experience in the tech space
