Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Funnel Ownership: Develop and own the digital growth strategy aligned with business goals (dealers, B2B, exports, government, retail). Create automated marketing funnels using Meta, Google, YouTube, and WhatsApp. Performance Marketing: Manage ad budgets. Run performance-driven Meta, Google Search/Display, and YouTube ads. Track CPL, CAC, ROAS, and other KPIs. Content & Brand Building: Build a distinctive, trustworthy, and inspiring EV brand. Lead content planning and collaborate with agencies for quality creatives. Website & CRM Automation: Optimize website and integrate CRM tools for lead management and automation. Analytics & Scaling: Use tools like Google Analytics and CRM dashboards. Run A/B tests and experiments. Leadership & Execution: Build and manage a marketing team. Coordinate with sales and external vendors. Lead events and launches. Success Metrics (KPIs): Qualified Leads/Month (B2C, B2B, Govt, Export) Cost Per Lead (CPL) Dealer Onboarding Leads 100+ monthly Website Conversions Brand Reach (Impressions, Followers, Mentions) Referral & Repeat Engagement What Are We Looking For: 36 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (automotive/EV/startup preferred) Mastery of Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) Strong in numbers + storytelling can build brand and performance together Growth mindset, fast executor, highly accountable Past experience scaling B2C/B2B campaigns or dealer networks is a big plus Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Digital Media, or Business. Certifications in Meta/Google preferred. Strong English + Hindi communication skills.
