Job Description
As we sharpen our focus on high-value accounts, we are seeking a strategic and results-oriented ABM Manager to lead our targeted marketing efforts. Reporting to the CMO, you will be the driving force behind our account-based marketing strategy, transforming how we engage with and win our most important clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel ABM programs that successfully engage high-value target accounts.
  • Sales Alignment Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the marketing and sales departments.
  • Personalized Campaign Orchestration: Craft and manage tailored marketing campaigns for specific accounts and account clusters. This includes leveraging various channels such as email, social media paid digital ads, to create a cohesive and compelling customer journey.
  • Content Lifecycle Marketing: Partner with the content team to guide the creation of bespoke assets tailored to the pain points and needs of target accounts.
  • Funnel Lead Management: In partnership with Marketing Operations, you will co-own the optimization of our lead generation processes to increase funnel efficiency and conversion rates from lead to MQL and SQL.
Required Skills and Experience: 8-10+ years in driving the digital marketing roadmaps or initiatives.
  • Proven expertise in designing, building, and executing ABM strategies and tools, including but not limited to HubSpot, email automation, ABM tools, and AI tools
  • Technical Knowledge:

  • Results-oriented and data-driven, with strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and translate findings into actionable improvements.
  • A natural collaborator with excellent communication skills, capable of working independently while managing multiple projects and building strong relationships with sales and executive
