Digital Marketing Manager

Job Title: Web Developer & Digital Marketer

• Design, develop, and maintain company websites and landing pages.
• Ensure websites are responsive, SEO-friendly, and optimized for performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality and UI/UX.
• Regularly update site content, banners, and product pages as per marketing needs.

Digital Marketing:

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, and email marketing.
• Monitor analytics, prepare reports, and improve campaign performance.
• Generate leads through organic and paid marketing channels.
• Manage social media pages and drive engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in web development and digital marketing.
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and basic knowledge of backend development.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush), and email marketing tools.
• Good design sense and experience with Canva or Adobe tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B marketing, especially in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of lead tracking and CRM integration.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal teams.
