Job Title: Digital Marketing Head
Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Head will lead the overall digital growth strategy of the organization, driving brand visibility, online performance, and revenue through innovative and data-driven digital initiatives. This role oversees all digital channels, performance marketing activities, content strategy, and analytics to ensure the company achieves its digital KPIs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead cross-channel digital campaigns to improve brand presence, traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Oversee the digital marketing team and external agencies to ensure high-quality execution.
- Drive innovation by adopting the latest tools, technologies, and industry trends.
2. Performance Marketing (PPC, SEM, Paid Social)
- Lead SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and Meta Ads strategy to maximize ROI and reduce acquisition costs.
- Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
- Conduct A/B tests to enhance campaign performance and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
3. Content & Social Media Leadership
- Define content strategy to support brand storytelling, product awareness, and lead generation.
- Oversee content production across blogs, social media, email, website, and ads.
- Manage social media presence to enhance engagement and audience growth.
4. Analytics, Insights & Optimization
- Use GA4, Search Console, CRM insights, and web analytics tools to track performance.
- Analyze user behavior, campaign metrics, and market trends to improve digital performance.
- Establish KPIs for all digital channels and report results to senior leadership.
5. CRM, Email & Marketing Automation
- Oversee CRM management and lead nurturing processes.
- Develop automated workflows for customer retention, re-engagement, and lifecycle marketing.
- Optimize email campaigns for high engagement and conversions.
6. Brand Building & Creative Direction
- Strengthen brand positioning across all digital touchpoints.
- Guide creative teams for high-impact visual and communication assets.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and identity.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Creative teams to support business goals.
- Provide strategic inputs to product launches, campaigns, and digital initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
