Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Manage all digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns). Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs. Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data analysis. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Manage digital advertising budgets and vendor relationships. Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven working experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role (3–5 years preferred). Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar). Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads and social media campaigns. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
