Senior Accountant

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support budgeting and forecasting activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations. Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits. Analyze financial data and provide insights to management. Assist with tax filings and other statutory reporting requirements. Maintain and improve accounting procedures and internal controls. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification is a plus 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance. Proficient in accounting software Strong knowledge of GAAP or IFRS. Excellent Excel and data analysis skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
