Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting and finance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage and streamline financial processes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and statements. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings. Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger. Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors. Support in financial planning, forecasting, and cost control. Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure process accuracy. Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in accounting or financial management. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar). In-depth knowledge of Indian taxation and compliance. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent organizational and communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in [manufacturing, retail, FMCG]. CA Inter or equivalent qualification is a plus.
