Job Summary: We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our online presence, attract more customers, and build trust in our gold-buying services. You will be responsible for managing digital campaigns, social media, SEO, lead generation, and brand awareness to drive footfall to our branches and inquiries via digital channels. Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Digital Strategy & Lead Generation Develop and execute performance-driven digital marketing strategies to attract customers looking to sell gold. Run targeted ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube) to generate leads and increase inquiries. Optimize landing pages & lead forms for conversions (e.g., "Get Instant Gold Valuation" campaigns). 2. Social Media & Reputation Management Manage Benaka Gold’s social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) with engaging content. Post customer testimonials, gold valuation tips, trust-building content, and promotional offers. Respond to customer queries and comments promptly to build credibility. 3. SEO & Local Search Optimization Optimize website content for high-intent keywords Improve Google My Business (GMB) listings for all branches (local SEO). Build backlinks and directory listings to improve search rankings. 4. Content Marketing & Blogging Create informative blogs & videos (e.g., "How Gold Valuation Works," "Tips to Get the Best Price for Your Gold"). Develop comparison content (e.g., "Bank vs. Local Jewelers vs. Benaka Gold – Where to Sell?"). Use storytelling to build trust (e.g., "Why 10,000+ Customers Trusted Us with Their Gold"). 5. Paid Advertising (Google & Meta Ads) Run Google Search Ads for keywords Create Facebook/Instagram lead ads with instant quote offers. Retarget website visitors with special discount offers. 6. Email & SMS Marketing Send promotional emails/SMS for seasonal gold-buying trends (e.g., "Post-Diwali Gold Sale Peak Prices!"). Nurture leads with follow-up campaigns (e.g., "Get an Additional 2% on Your Gold Today!"). 7. Analytics & Performance Tracking Monitor campaign ROI, cost per lead, and conversion rates. Track website traffic, bounce rates, and inquiry forms via Google Analytics. Provide monthly reports with actionable insights. Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years in digital marketing, preferably in finance, jewelry, or local services. Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and lead generation. Strong copywriting & content creation skills (videos & graphics are a plus). Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google My Business, and CRM tools. Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for maximum conversions.
