Digital Marketing Lead

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

Manage social media platforms by creating, curating, and scheduling content to engage the target audience.

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve search rankings.

Monitor and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and user engagement using tools like Google Analytics and other marketing analytics platforms.

Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging digital assets.

Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to improve strategies.

Prepare and present performance reports and recommendations for improvements.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing with hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and PPC.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).

Strong understanding of content marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

Knowledge of CRM tools, automation, and marketing software is a plus.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
