Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies

 Lead and manage a team of SEO Specialists

 Conduct keyword research to guide content and marketing strategies

 Identify and resolve technical SEO issues

 Optimize website content, landing pages, and ad copy

 Manage link-building efforts and blogger outreach for high-quality backlinks

 Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics such as traffic, rankings, and

conversions

 Collaborate with social media and PPC teams to align campaign objectives

 Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithm changes

 Drive lead generation through organic search

Requirements:

 Experience in SEO or a similar digital marketing role

 Strong knowledge of current SEO practices, tools (SEMrush, MOZ, Google Analytics,

Search Console), and techniques

 Understanding of HTML/CSS

 Experience with SEO audits and performance reporting

 Excellent communication (spoken and written) and organizational skills

 Analytical mindset with attention to detail

 Leadership or team management experience is a plus
