We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and help us expand our reach through targeted online marketing strategies.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategy with a primary focus on generating leads for our clinics. You will leverage platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive patient acquisition, enhance brand awareness, and support the overall growth of Maana Health.
1. Digital Advertising Strategy:
- Design, implement, and optimize comprehensive Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to attract potential patients.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and create tailored advertising content.
2. Lead Generation:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure maximum lead generation for all four clinics.
- Develop strategies for lead nurturing and conversion, utilizing landing pages and follow-up techniques.
3. Budget Management:
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently across various campaigns.
- Regularly report on ROI and adjust strategies based on performance reports.
4. Content Development:
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and informative ad copies and visuals that resonate with our target audience.
- Utilize A/B testing to refine messaging and improve campaign results.
5. Analytics & Reporting:
- Regularly analyze website traffic and conversion data, providing reports on campaign performance and insights for future strategies.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to track and enhance user engagement.
6. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with clinic management and other departments to align marketing efforts with clinical objectives.
- Act as a key point of contact for digital marketing initiatives and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and metrics.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare marketing is a plus.
