About the Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive qualified organic traffic, enhance search visibility, and support overall business growth across digital channels.
  • Lead all aspects of SEO, including on-page optimization, off-page activities, and technical SEO, ensuring high-ranking visibility for key services and product offerings.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research, competitive benchmarking, SEO gap analysis, and full-scale audits to identify growth opportunities and optimize site performance.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage LinkedIn paid and organic strategies, including sponsored content, InMail campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and retargeting efforts.
  • Oversee website operations, including updates, new page creation, layout improvements, and content publishing.
  • Create high-quality written, visual, and video content for websites, social media, brochures, eBooks, blogs, whitepapers, presentations, and case studies.
  • Develop and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Maintain and update website content via CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Enhance site UI/UX, loading speed, mobile responsiveness, and navigation while ensuring proper implementation of analytics, tracking codes, and pixel integrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize, create, and schedule impactful content tailored for B2B audiences across web and social channels.
  • Design and execute content strategies focused on IT, B2B products, and SaaS solutions, addressing industry pain points and trends.
  • Develop targeted email workflows, drip campaigns, and automation sequences using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Zoho Campaigns.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, qualified leads, conversion rates) on a daily basis.
  • Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective measures promptly.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, bid strategies, and audience segments to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate content-related activities for webinars and conferences, ensuring high-quality presentations and supporting materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in SEO, AI, and digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 511 years of hands-on experience in SEO, digital marketing, performance marketing, and content strategy (preferably in B2B, IT, or SaaS domains).
  • Proven expertise in managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Marketo, Mailchimp) is an advantage.
  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or HubSpot.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, website UI/UX, loading speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Proficiency in using AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) for ad copy, content creation, and optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams.
