Digital Marketing Lead

🔹 Create viral-worthy content strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms

🔹 Ensure content reaches the right audience through targeting, distribution, and amplification and strong content dissemination techniques

🔹 Create multiple versions of content adapted for different platforms & audience segments

🔹 Use AI tools for content creation, ideation, editing, and performance optimization

🔹 Strategize and execute digital campaigns aligned with brand goals

🔹 Manage and grow the company’s online presence

🔹 Analyse engagement metrics and optimize for virality and reach

🔹 Collaborate closely with leadership, design, and product teams to drive digital outcomes

• 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing

• Strong understanding of virality, audience psychology & platform algorithms

• Skilled in content marketing, social media, SEO, short-form content & storytelling

• Creative thinker with a passion for data-backed decisions

• Comfortable experimenting, iterating, and scaling winning content


🛠️ What You Bring

Must Haves:

• Proven ability to make content go viral or significantly increase reach

• Expertise in targeting & ensuring content reaches the right audience

• Ability to create multiple formats/versions of content (video, short-form, carousels, text)

AI tools

• Strong grasp of social media trends, SEO basics & engagement strategies

• Excellent communication skills and creative execution abilities

Preferred Haves:

• Experience in B2B marketing, IP, LegalTech, or SaaS

• Experience with paid promotions, remarketing, and performance analytics

• Understanding of global content trends and multi-region audience behaviour
