Overview

As a Digital Marketing Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind developing and executing strategies that maximize ROI for our clients. You’ll work closely with our creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure the seamless delivery of multi-channel campaigns while mentoring junior team members to reach their potential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies across channels, including SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to meet client objectives such as lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track performance metrics, deliver actionable insights, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Client Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment on goals, delivering updates, and managing expectations.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Guide junior marketers, providing training and constructive feedback to foster professional development.
  • Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging platforms to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and/or other CRM and marketing platforms.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio) and the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
  • Creativity: A proven track record of crafting engaging campaigns that deliver results.
  • Leadership Abilities: Experience managing cross-functional teams or mentoring junior staff.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.


Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) best practices.
