DAX Software Inc. is a Microsoft Solutions Partner focusing on ERP, CRM, cloud, and IT transformation services. Together, the marketing teams of AonFlow and DAX Software aim to expand online presence, generate leads, and build brand authority in the B2B tech and ERP/IT domain.

Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will help drive online visibility and lead generation efforts for AonFlow.com and DAX Software Inc. under guidance of senior marketing managers. You will learn and contribute across different channels, analyze performance, and assist in crafting content and campaigns that engage a technical/business audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, etc.) for both AonFlow.com and DAX Software.
  • Conduct SEO & keyword research to improve organic search rankings for both company sites.
  • Create content (blogs, case studies, email newsletters, social media posts) reflecting the products/services of AonFlow and DAX Software.
  • Manage social media presence: scheduling, posting, community engagement, monitoring analytics.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs; prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative/design teams to produce marketing collateral (graphics, infographics, banners, visuals).
  • Support marketing automation, CRM tracking of leads, funnel management.
  • Research competitor strategies, market trends, and assist in optimizing campaigns.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing (mandatory).
  • Strong interest in digital marketing for tech / IT services / software products.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing.
  • Good writing and communication skills — able to write content targeted at business / technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting data and metrics.
  • Ability to work onsite in Delhi NCR, full-time.

Preferred Skills (Advantageous)

  • Certifications such as Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience or coursework with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz etc.).
  • Experience with WordPress or CMS platform management.
  • Creative flair in content ideation and visuals.
