Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive / ManagerCompany: Agarwal & Gehlot (A&G) Location: Sector 18, Noida Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Weekly Off: Tuesday About the Company:Agarwal & Gehlot (A&G) is a leading real estate consulting firm based in Noida with operations expanding across NCR and Gurgaon. The company specializes in residential and commercial real estate sales, investments, and project marketing. A&G focuses on result-driven marketing and aims to establish a strong digital presence to drive high-quality leads for premium real estate projects. Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Professional who can independently plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns for real estate projects through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The candidate should have a proven track record of generating qualified leads and managing ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities:1. Campaign Strategy & Execution Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Create performance-oriented campaigns focused on lead generation for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects. Research keywords, ad copies, and audience targeting to attract genuine buyers and investors. 2. Optimization & Analytics Continuously monitor ad performance and make data-driven adjustments to reduce cost per lead (CPL). Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics — impressions, CTR, CPL, conversion rates, etc. Optimize landing pages, creatives, and ad copies for better performance. 3. Budget & ROI Management Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets effectively. Ensure measurable ROI through consistent performance tracking and optimization. 4. Creative Coordination Coordinate with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives, videos, and landing pages. Suggest new creative ideas and A/B testing for improved engagement. 5. Marketing Automation & CRM Integration Ensure proper tracking setup via Meta Pixel and Google Conversion Tags. Integrate leads with CRM tools like NoBroker, MagicBricks, Google Sheets, or internal CRM for real-time response. 6. Social Media & Branding (Support Role) Maintain brand consistency across all online platforms. Assist in building A&G’s social media presence with regular updates, reels, and stories. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–5 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate experience preferred). Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite. Proficient in running lead generation and remarketing campaigns. Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager). Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
