Cost Analysis & Reporting Analyze project or operational costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report variances to management. Expense Tracking Track all cost-related data, verify vendor invoices, and ensure expenses are within approved limits. Forecasting & Planning Support financial planning by providing cost forecasts and scenario analysis for decision-making.
