Job Title: Executive Assistant to DirectorCompany: Agarwal and Gehlot Pvt. Ltd. Location: Sector 18, Noida Weekly Off: Tuesday Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Director at Agarwal and Gehlot Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should be exceptionally skilled in system work, communication, and coordination, with a proven background in real estate or similar sectors. Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support: Manage and maintain the Director’s schedule, calendar, and appointments. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-ups. Draft emails, letters, presentations, and other communication materials. Coordination & Liaison: Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Coordinate with departments, clients, brokers, vendors, and legal consultants. Ensure smooth communication flow within and outside the organization. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and organize digital and physical files for easy retrieval. Prepare project trackers, financial summaries, and performance reports. Ensure timely submission of compliance documents and RERA-related paperwork. System & Software Management: Use CRM, Excel, project management tools, and real estate ERP systems with proficiency. Update records, generate automated reports, and perform data analysis as needed. Ensure seamless digital workflow and minimize manual dependencies. Project Oversight Support: Track progress on site development, customer handovers, and post-sales support. Assist the Director in monitoring key project KPIs and timelines. Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions. Desired Candidate ProfileExperience: Minimum 4–6 years as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the real estate sector. Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. Professional certifications in office management or real estate operations are a plus. System Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, CRMs, and real estate management software. Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication in English and Hindi (verbal and written). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude.
