The ideal candidate should have a strong background in lead generation through platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital media channels. Develop and monitor lead generation funnels to consistently bring in qualified property buyer leads. Design and implement retargeting and remarketing strategies. Monitor KPIs and campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead conversion strategies. Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates to improve performance. Manage budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI. Write compelling ad copy and oversee basic visual creatives for campaigns (with designer support if needed). Run A/B tests to fine-tune ad performance. Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. 🎯 Requirements:Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and performance campaigns (Real estate experience is a plus). Proven track record of generating leads and driving conversions. Deep understanding of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and audience targeting strategies. Familiarity with CRM tools, landing pages, and conversion tracking. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
