📢 Hiring: Digital Media Manager Location: Wave Silver Tower, Sector 18, Noida Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Weekly Off: Sundays Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience) --- 🔹 Role & Responsibilities: Manage and grow the company’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube Run performance-driven lead generation campaigns with a focus on quality real estate leads Design engaging creatives and marketing material using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar Handle posting schedules, reels, stories, and creative ad content creation Analyze insights and metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI Coordinate with the sales team for effective lead handover and follow-ups Keep up with digital trends and algorithm updates to stay relevant --- ✅ Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing/social media management Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns Must be well-versed in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) Strong communication and creative thinking skills Ability to handle multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously
