We are expanding our in-house marketing and branding capabilities and looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to take our visual storytelling to the next level. Key Responsibilities:🎯 Real Estate Marketing Collateral Design high-impact brochures, leaflets, flyers, hoardings, and standees Develop site layout maps, floor plans, and master plans in an aesthetic format Create engaging WhatsApp creatives and social media posts for campaigns Work on 3D mockups, conceptual renders, and walkthrough presentation decks 🎯 Digital Design & Social Media Design creatives for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & Google Ads Work closely with digital marketing team to deliver banners, carousels, stories Develop reels, GIFs, video thumbnails, and motion graphic clips 🎯 Branding & Identity Maintain consistent visual identity across all channels Work on logos, brand decks, email signatures, and pitch presentations Design merchandise, internal branding, and signage materials 🎯 Offline Design & Print Media Prepare press ad creatives for newspapers & real estate supplements Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery Create invites, event backdrops, brochures for launches, and corporate events 🎯 Website & UI Support (Basic) Support website layout designs (homepage banners, section thumbnails) Coordinate with web team for regular content updates Requirements:Minimum 6 months exp Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW Bonus: Experience with Canva, Figma, After Effects, Premier Pro Strong design sense, attention to detail, and an understanding of real estate marketing needs Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Why Join Us?Work with a dynamic and performance-driven team Opportunity to work on premium real estate projects Exposure to both digital and on-ground brand-building Located at a prime business hub in Noida (Sector 18) 📩 To Apply: Interested candidates must send their portfolio on WhatsApp to: 📱9899995222
