Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Campaigns Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor platforms. Manage and optimize Google PPC campaigns, Facebook campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, and demand generation campaigns to drive inquiries for residential and commercial projects. Design and run teaser campaigns for WhatsApp, SMS, and RCS to build anticipation and engagement. Brand & Communication Create marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, videos, presentations, and project websites. Draft compelling content for social media, emailers, WhatsApp campaigns, and other digital platforms. Manage brand positioning, project launches, and event promotions.
