We are looking for a Central Reservations Associate who is responsible, sincere, and customer-oriented to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle all hotel reservation inquiries and assist guests with professionalism and efficiency across multiple communication platforms. Key Responsibilities: Handle all incoming reservation inquiries via phone and email for Playotel Hotels. Respond promptly and professionally to guest queries and booking requests. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and promotions to assist guests effectively. Maintain accurate records of reservations in the system and follow standard operating procedures. Coordinate with hotel teams to ensure smooth booking processes and guest satisfaction. Provide guests with any pre-arrival information they may need for a seamless check-in experience. Manage last-minute bookings, modifications, and cancellations with care and accuracy. Requirements: Fluent in English and Hindi (verbal and written communication). Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is essential. Must be sincere, professional, and possess a positive attitude. Prior experience in hotel reservations or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory. Comfortable working rotational shifts, including night shifts.
