Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Central Reservation Associate located in Indore. The Central Reservation Associate will be responsible for handling reservation inquiries, managing bookings, providing customer service, and ensuring smooth operations of the reservation system.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of reservation systems and hotel operations
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree is a plus
