Job Title: HR Manager Location: SECTOR 18 NOIDA Industry: Real Estate Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month (Based on Experience) Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function. You will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive work environment, and supporting our fast-paced real estate operations. Key Responsibilities:Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Manage payroll, attendance, and HR documentation. Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws. Handle grievance redressal and employee relations. Support performance management and appraisal processes. Coordinate training and development initiatives. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (MBA preferred). 1–5 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate or a similar sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
